Hnoss Jewellery is made to order. Each piece is meticulously crafted with extraordinary care and detail. Please allow for a production time of up to 6 weeks.

Shipping time

Hnoss jewellery is made to order in Dubai, UAE. With each piece being made with extraordinary care and detail, please allow up to 6 weeks for production.
Once sent, delivery usually takes 1-7 days depending on your country.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your spam/junk folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

Shipping to the UAE

Orders ship with Aramex, DHL or FedEx within the UAE. Since we are sending items of high value, a signature is required for the shipment upon arrival. The shipment should never be left unattended at your door. 
Shipping to Norway

We know that a significant portion of our clientele is based in Norway ♥︎ To make shipping as seamless as possible for our Norwegian customers, we cover all import charges and VAT (25%). The price you see at checkout, is the total price you pay. No extra import fees or charges.

We offer coverage of the VAT and import charges worldwide! The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay. No hidden charges.

Returns

Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of receipt. Items must be without wear and in original packaging as shipped. Initiate a return by emailing us at Hi@byhnoss.com. Shipping charges will be deducted.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

Custom Sales Are Final
All engraved and customized merchandise sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

Vintage & Antique Are Final
Our collection of preloved vintage and antique jewellery may not be returned or exchanged.
